The Standard Solution is an off-the-shelf Tonkean solution designed for internal business processes characterized by the common intake - triage - resolution structure. This includes most business processes where an internal user submits a request for service or help from an internal team, which must triage and coordinate that request (often among several teams/groups), leading to a satisfactory resolution of the request. Some common examples of these processes include those for IT service or help from HR.
The Standard includes ready-made workflows, request forms, routing logic, and dashboards/reporting that you can configure for your specific processes and needs. Additionally, you can extend the prebuilt logic using Tonkean’s no-code builder or by adding templates from other, more specialized use cases like ProcurementWorks or LegalWorks.
