Preferences - AI Analysis

The AI Analysis page is where you can define AI prompts to generate relevant content at various points in the process. For example, you might create a prompt to display an executive summary for a request or to draft an email memo for a requester’s manager when the priority is high.

You must add “AI Analysis” as a processing step in order for these prompts to run.

Add and Configure AI Analysis Prompts

To add an AI Analysis Prompt, follow the steps below:

  1. In the AI Analysis Prompts table, scroll to the bottom of the table and select the Create Row button, preference-table-create-row.png. The Create Row window displays.

  2. Configure by entering values for the relevant fields:

    1. Name (Required) - Enter a name for the prompt.

    2. AI Prompt - Enter clear instructions for what the AI model should do. The result of this prompt will be returned in HTML.

    3. Where to show - Configure the display options for when this prompt’s result displays:

      • Always - The prompt’s result always displays.

      • Only on Read mode - The prompt’s result displays only in Read mode—intended for a requester view.

      • Only on Edit mode - The prompt’s result displays only in Edit mode—intended for the reviewer view.

    4. Skip conditions - Define the conditions that determine when the prompt is skipped and not sent to the model.

    5. Show in its own tab - Select whether the result of the prompt displays on its own tab in the summary interface.
