Manage User Sessions

To meet your unique security requirements and preferences, you can limit Tonkean user sessions to a period of 7 days or less.

Set Session Timeouts

To set session timeouts for your users, follow the steps below:

  1. In Tonkean, select your profile icon in the upper right.

  2. Select the <Enterprise Name> Administration in the dropdown. The Enterprise Administration Overview screen displays.

  3. In the Session timeout section, set the period after which users are automatically signed out of Tonkean.

    Due to Tonkean security requirements, the maximum session length is 7 days.

    Prior to the session ending, users receive a warning message informing them that their session will time out due to their organization's policy:

    The below message will display when users are timed out:
