Create and Manage Business Groups
Business groups allow you to create and manage collections of users that participate in business processes and perform specific business functions. These groups can be created and maintained within Tonkean or exist in an external system and be synced to Tonkean, allowing business groups to change over time and remain up to date and ready for use in process orchestration.
Common use cases for business groups include performing actions collectively in a group or sending group notifications. For example, you can create a business group that contains all the company executives that approve important budgetary decisions. Each of these users can define the way they prefer to be contacted and you can simply include the single group in a module workflow. Tonkean translates this group into a series of individuals, allowing these users to receive communications where they already work and allowing you to avoid including each individual in a module.
