It includes the full intake, triage, and resolution framework of the Core Standard, then adds procurement-specific modules and preferences on top—so you can take a requester from an initial request all the way through supplier and contract selection, line items, and purchase requisition creation in your procurement system.

ProcurementWorks is an off-the-shelf Tonkean solution for procurement processes that follow the common intake - triage - resolution structure. A requester submits a purchasing request, the solution triages and coordinates that request—gathering supplier, contract, and line-item details, applying policies, and routing for review—and the request is resolved by creating the appropriate records in your procurement system and giving stakeholders visibility into their status.
