Admin Overview
The Admin Overview page is where you add general information about your organization and process, including the company name and what requests are called.
Edit any of the General Information fields with the relevant information for your organization:
Organization Name
Enter the name of your organization/company.
Request Label
Provide a custom name for requests in your process. For example, are requests called “Procurement Requests?” or “Help Tickets?” This label is propagated through Tonkean.
Request ID Prefix
Provide a custom prefix for your request IDs, for example, “REQ-” or “HELP-”. Be sure to include the dash or other separator, based on your preference.
Auto-Close Incomplete Intake
Determine the number of days after which an unsubmitted request is closed.
Automatically put completed requests into an inactive state
Select whether or not Tonkean should put completed requests into an inactive status (the request would need to be reopened for any edits to be made to it).
Request Description
Describe the type of requests this solution handles. For example, "Start a purchase," "Process an invoice," or "Source new suppliers."
This option is important for the intake agent to work properly.
Request Examples
Provide one or more examples of what a user might ask an agent to begin a request in this solution. For example, “I need to buy {item/service}” or “How do I hire {contractor}?”.
